Willie is a dog dragon hybrid and Chester's older brother. Willie is a loyal person who is friendly. He is the fighter character in the tournament. Despite being a fighter, Willie isn't that good at fighting. He is in the tournament because he wants to use the wish to turn Chester back to an anthro dog like him. His tag is a red dog collar.

---

Willie was a regular anthro dog living with his younger brother named Chester until they both got lost and got kidnapped by a group of people when he was 18. There, they were both experimented on daily, turning into a dog/dragon hybrid, with dragon horns, dragon wings, dragon tail, and a tougher body than normal. Both he and his brother escaped, but not without seeing Chester as a feral dog who can no longer walk or talk. Willie feels really bad for this and wishes he can find a way to reverse it.

### Personality

---

Willie is a boorkworm and is book smart, often reading about whatever he can get his hands on. He is a happy dog and doesn't really get in trouble that much. He is insecure about himself and paranoid about his surroundings, but still means well and is kind to others. He is more confident in himself if he's with Chester, his brother.

### Abilities

---

##### Communication

Willie is able to communite with many feral land animals. This includes dogs, cats, rabbits, and others. He uses this ability to communicate with Chester every single day. Willie has also used this to communciate with a few feral cats on occasion and is friends with a few feral cats.

##### Fire breathing

As part dragon, Willie is able to breathe fire. Willie still needs practice in this though and isn't able to create big flames or make them last a long time, but he is able to use fire breathing to defend himself.

##### Dragon speak

Because Willie is part dragon, Willie can read, speak, and understand several dragonic languages. This makes him useful as a translator for some ancient and lost languages.

### Strengths

---

Willie is really intelligent, as he is both book smart and street smart. His dragon like body makes it really hard to damage or penetrate and he can also dodge quick attacks on his own, meaning he is really good at defending himself against enemies. Willie's dragon tail is a bit sharp and he can use it to temporarily stun people, usually 5 minutes, giving Willie plenty of time to think his options.

### Weaknesses

---

Willie doesn't seem to have any dragon abilities. Although he has dragon wings, he cannot fly with them (He did try though). He also cannot fight. He can throw some punches, but he is not good at that and doesn't want to do it, so he often runs instead if he faces off against more stronger opponents. He straight up freezes if he sees his brother harmed or threatened and straight up gives up when he is threatened. Willie is also really easily hypnotized.

---

Cheser was a regular anthro dog living with his older brother named Willie until they both got lost and got kidnapped by a group of people when he was 16. There, they were both experimented on daily and Chester became a feral dog because of it, unable to walk or talk anymore. Willie found him like this and they both escaped. Although Willie feels bad about it, Chester is content with his condition and doesn't seem to mind the fact that he can only be on all fours from now on.

Chester acts like a normal dog because he is a normal dog. Barking, walking on all fours. His favorite game is fetch and enjoys doggie treats. He is an energetic dog and loves to run around the place when he is alone. Chester is really good at cheering up his older brother by his presence. He is really loyal to his older brother and will protect him at all costs.

### Strengths

---

Chester is really fast and durable for a dog. Chester is also really flexible and has quick reflexes, able to fit and get past any tight shape, corner, and hole. His high energy also makes it really difficult to tire. In fact, he is more like to tire the opposition out than himself.

### Weaknesses

---

Because Chester is a feral dog, he is incapable of walking or talking. Only crawling and barking. Chester is also weak to magic. He gets easily knocked out if hit with too much magic. He also cannot focus very well and is easily distracted and manipulated when Willie is not around, often falling for whoever gives him the most doggie treats.

Before he became the feared space pirate we all know Black gun (fyi Black gun is not his real name he picked it because it sounded cool) was an ensign for the USC Navy Graduating top of his class I might add but it was not what he expected. As an ensign, he found himself repeatedly passed over for promotions due to the aristocratic nature of the higher ranks. it didn't matter that he was top of his class since he was a commoner he was the first to be passed over for promotion Frustrated and fueled by a desire for upward mobility as well to see real combat, he abandoned the navy and turned to a life of piracy

##### Ability 1 UCS Combat Training 

During his Time in the Navy academy he and his peers where taut how to hold there own in a fight but unlike his peers who couldn't throw a punch Black gun was Nocking them out in one punch from hand-to-hand to ranged weapons black gun excelled and his skills have only gotten better with time

##### Ability 2 The Baby Violence (Orbital Strike)

What's a Captain without his ship and for Black gun that would be his Baby Violence, once an elegant USC Arcadia-class Battleship, is now a hodgepodge of scrap metal, junk, and spikes. A blatant eyesore when compared to the sleek and elegant ships of the USC navy. but what it lacks in looks it makes up for it with its firepower and currently his ship is orbiting over the crossroads its in the prefect Place to lay down destruction the downside is that the targeting computers of the Baby Violence are old and not in the best shape maybe at one point it could do procession strikes with pinpoint accuracy now its more like an oversized potato cannon you aim and hope it hits it docent help that the Baby Violence is low on ammo so when he calls this in he better make it count as its a one time thing

Black gun is a Crafty person (it takes a crafty person to steal a Battleship from a scrapyard and not get caught ) but without his cunning he wouldn't be where he is now he's Cunning enough to see what he can take advantage of and crafty enough to take anything he can find and make something that would help)

black gun for all his craftiness he can be arrogance charging head first into a fight the reason behind this is his thirst for combat and the fact that the majority of the USC Navy Has Never seen Combat with this combo if his opponent Were to bait him and catch him off Gard they might be abele to score a good hit before he can counter

For some context 120 years ago (97 years before black gun was born) the unification wars a 30 year long war that shout to unite the galaxy under one banner in which the USC came out victorious ( the unification wars was also when the USC Arcadia-class Battleship was introduced as a mainline ship but after 120 years it shows its age)

In the USC it might seem like a perfect utopia no war no crime food for all in truth it's stagnant everything is provided so nobody sees the need to try anything new and the fact the aristocratic elite control every thing from the media to the military they say what goes with the Navy being full of uptight bureaucrats and self-centered officers and admirals

The USC Has never Seen an Alien Race Before and neither has Black gun

Black Gun doesn't believe that the Wish is real and is only here for the fights

Black gun didn't name the Baby Violence (and no its not the ships Original name)
