To infiltrate and steal their developmental tech, including a certain military AI.

He couldn't have his family back, so he would turn this city into something they could've lived in peacefully. And that starts with every power hungry corporation that turned this city into a horrible capitalistic hellscape, where you had money or you died to make others money.
