History

Phoenix Coast hosts a lively city setting within the traditional architecture of Crossroads. Residents of this area have access to more electricity than most within the land, and tend to flaunt this luxury. It may not be the most wealthy district in the area, but it definitely is the most modern (especially to visitors from afar).
